Do you need to return an item you purchased from us?
Our return policy is simple and straightforward:
1. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped.
There can be no signs of additional use or wear, other than what was stated in the description.
2. Items eligible for return must be mailed back to us within 14 days of receipt.
We use the Delivery Confirmation delivery date shown on the US Postal Service's web site as the first day of receipt. For international orders, you must contact us for a return authorization within 3 weeks of the day we shipped your item.
3. Regardless of the reason, always contact us immediately if you need to return an item.
We will provide you with instructions on how to ship an item back to receive proper credit. Please do NOT return an item until you have first received authorization from us. Please package the item carefully (use our original shipping materials if they're still intact); we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount, up to 100% of the value of the item, if it is damaged in transit due to improper packaging.4. Refunds will be issued once the item has been safely returned to us.
Your original payment method will be credited once we have the item in hand. We process returns within 5 business days and will notify you by e-mail as soon as the refund has been issued, along with any adjustments that were made.
